Thank you for choosing our air conditioning services! We would like to provide you with some important information regarding delivery, warranty, and installation of your air conditioner.
1. **Delivery Areas**: We are pleased to offer free delivery within the whole of Gauteng Province, as well as parts of Mpumalanga, North West, Free State, and Limpopo, within a 100km radius from Gauteng. We also offer free delivery in the whole of Cape Town. The client must purchase an airconditioner unit and choose us as their installer in order for us to deliver for free.
2. **Warranty Information**: Each product comes with specific warranty details listed on its product page. Please note, to maintain the warranty, your purchased air conditioner must be serviced twice a year by an Approved Dealer and Installer of the brand.
3. **Warranty Coverage**: Our warranty is a parts-only warranty. If your air conditioner becomes faulty, we will come to test it and supply and install the necessary part free of charge. We take pride in being one of the few companies that offer this service.
4. **Installation**: If you would like us to install your preferred air conditioner, please be sure to select both the installation labour cost which includes the free installation pipe kit when completing your purchase.
5. **Isolator Installation**: For air conditioners with a capacity of 24,000 BTU or larger, selecting an isolator installation is mandatory.
6. **Installation Pipe Kit**: The standard installation pipe kit includes three meters of piping and cabling. If your installation requires more than this standard amount, any additional piping and cabling will incur extra charges, which will be negotiated at the site.
7. **Installation Timeline**: If you opt to pay via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) before 14:00, our team will be at your site the very next day to start the installation. For those choosing the PAYFAST option, please allow three to five days for our team to be dispatched, depending on the clearance of funds.
8. **Installation Exclusions**: Please be aware that installation does not include any ceiling cutting, painting, or building work.
9. **Pricing**: The manufacturers of the airconditioners provide us with new pricing every first day of the month. This means our prices are subject to change monthly.
